Early in 2007 Pete was off on his regular tour of
Latin America. At one stage he decided to buy a house in Brasil. He went to view
one which was on the other side of the river. The Estate Agent took him in a
dodgy old boat which sank half way across and they had to swim for it. Imagine
Pete's surprise when standing drenched on the far bank, the agent proposed
continuing with the viewing of the property.
